What screen do you use?
A soft OLED screen, the best non-Apple screen available: thin, flexible and close to the original. We never use incell or hard OLED. iPhone XR, 11 and SE came with an LCD screen, so they get a high-quality LCD. On newer iPhones, Settings may show the screen as a non-Apple part. Your phone works normally.
Do I pay anything before?
No. Your quote is free. You pay once the repair is done and tested with you, by cash or e‑Transfer.
Do you need my passcode?
No. We test the repair with you, on the spot. Your data stays on your phone and we never need access to it.
How soon can you come?
Most repairs within 24 hours. We order your part when you accept the quote, so the earliest visit is the next day.
What if it can't be fixed?
No fix, no fee. If the repair isn't worth it, we can make you an offer for your phone instead.
